Role Overview
- Take full responsibility for all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters during assigned shifts
- Provide strong leadership and support to colleagues
- Deliver consistent service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations
- Lead, manage, and communicate effectively across all warehouse departments
- Promote a culture of excellence and accountability
- Identify, implement, and manage continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor, review, and ensure achievement of all internal and external KPIs
Requirements
- Proven operational experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong people management experience
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and planning skills
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
