About this role
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end facility projects, including office moves, renovation projects, and technical installations
Intervene when time is short with the local facilities team/employee(s)
Translate customer requirements and solutions from engineering into facility consequences
Select, coordinate, and supervise external contractors and suppliers
Define project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-efficient delivery of services
Drive workplace performance, space planning, and improve facility operations
Ensure all facilities comply with legal, health, safety, and environmental standards
Report directly to the Head of Facility & Security Northern Europe
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Facility background and/or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of soft-services (catering, cleaning, security, etc.)
Emphasis on the hard-services side of facility management
General project skills: strong communication (internal and external), managing budgets, managing timelines and schedules
Technical knowledge (automation) is an advantage
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
