Role Overview
- Monitor storage utilisation across all zones and prevent over-capacity or under-use
- Forecast future space needs based on inbound profiles, SKU growth, customer demand, and seasonal patterns
- Conduct capacity vs. demand modelling and prepare for peak or promotional activity
- Analyse volume fluctuations and recommend mitigation actions
- Manage consolidation activities to optimise space and improve pick path efficiency
Requirements
- Solid management experience, ideally within an e-commerce or automation environment
- Shows a strong passion for driving operational performance and continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures
- Exhibits strong time-management skills and maintains effective communication across all levels
- Qualifications in WMS, data management, SQL, or Microsoft applications would be advantageous
