Plan, prepare, and deliver on-site customer demonstrations for “Sharky” (including structured onboarding up front: training and hands-on product onboarding for “Sharky”)
Capture customer feedback in a structured way, document it, and relay it to Product Management and R&D
Support product and system tests as part of continuous product improvement and evaluate results
Provide organizational support for the market launch (processes, materials, demo setup, travel planning)
Ensure safe transport and operation of the robot (including trailer towing)
Requirements
Driving license class BE (required for transport)
Technical curiosity and the ability to explain solutions clearly and understandably
Strong communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel for customer appointments and demonstrations
Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus, but not required
