Accurate and timely action on accounts as it relates to specific responsibilities
Complies with governmental and managed care rules and regulations
Reviews research related charges, directs charges to proper payer
Applies billing rules to research related charges
Invoices study billable services to correct study and applies applicable discount
Follows up with Study Groups on study related billing
Receives and resolves patient billing questions and complaints
Works closely with collection agencies
Demonstrates effective communication regarding sensitive financial matters

High School Graduate
1 or more years of experience in Epic
1 or more years of experience in customer service, claims processing, corrections, or billing
