Telehealth Therapist – Contractor

Role Overview

• Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care.
• Complete treatment plans every 90 days.
• Complete clinical documentation and submit to receive payment.
• Deliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment.

Requirements

• Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy or other qualified degree.
• License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Experience: Providing at least 3 years of behavioral health using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.
• Successful background check.
• Must reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting.
