Lead and scale a high-performing social media team across the US and (preferably with global experience)
Own multi-platform strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Drive follower growth, engagement, and audience development across all client accounts
Develop tailored strategies for brand pages, product pages, and founder/personality accounts
Lead end-to-end influencer marketing — from talent identification through post-campaign analysis — across all tiers (nano to celebrity)
Oversee UGC strategies, brand collaborations, and digital partnerships
Provide creative direction, ensuring platform-native, on-brand content across all accounts
Partner with paid social teams to align organic and paid strategies
Lead AI integration across workflows — content creation, reporting, automation, and internal SOPs
Own client communications, reporting, and strategic recommendations
Monitor KPIs across all accounts and ensure targets are met or exceeded

8+ years in social media or digital marketing; agency experience required
Proven leadership managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (5–8 at a time)
Deep expertise in TikTok and Instagram growth mechanics, influencer marketing, and UGC
Experience scaling personal brands and founder/personality accounts
Hands-on with AI tools and comfortable building workflows and systems around them
Background in wellness, beauty, health or supplements strongly preferred
Solid understanding of paid social and its intersection with organic strategy
Experience working across US and international markets; UAE familiarity is a plus
Agency background required
