Requirements
A proven B2B sales professional with at least 3+ years of success selling trade credit solutions, financial, banking, insurance, or complex B2B solutions.
A confident hunter with strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and business‑development instincts.
Experienced selling to CFOs, Controllers, business owners, or senior decision‑makers.
Demonstrated ability to win new logos, grow accounts, and retain long‑term clients.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑activity environment with clear goals and accountability.
Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business value.
Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while collaborating with a broader team.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Trade Credit Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
Active P&C license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
