Lead the strategic direction, execution, and lifecycle management of the capital equipment portfolio
Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and go-to-market strategies
Develop and implement the overall strategy for the capital equipment portfolio
Oversee the entire lifecycle of capital products
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
Drive portfolio profitability, forecasting, and P&L management
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry partners
Talent Development: (hiring, performance, rewards, coaching & development)

University Master's degree
5+ years of experience in the medical devices industry
strong background in sales and capital equipment portfolio management
Experience and strong track record in leading winning teams and developing talents
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
Strong understanding of capital equipment technology and healthcare economics
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
