Role Overview
- Manage and support IT infrastructure across multiple locations
- Ensure 24/7 L2 Support for Walmart & Sams globally
- Monitor batch flows and escalate if SLA will be missed
- Restart 70% of the batch job while taking phone calls
- Monitor mainframe and open systems for batch jobs stability
Requirements
- Mainframe experience is helpful but not required
- Able to multi-task by using many different communications channels
- Knowledge of JCL (job control language)
- Soft skills
