Leads the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple complex technology projects.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management
5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Proficiency in mainframe environments such as z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS, and MQ
Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g., CA7), security protocols (RACF), and operational monitoring tools (e.g., Auto Operator, I-Dash)
Understanding of mainframe security practices, including access provisioning/deprovisioning, privileged account management, and compliance with corporate standards (e.g., RACF, password policies)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (DBA, Security, DevOps, Operations)
Strong skills in maintaining operational documentation, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies
