Support Experian's Marketing Services division through negotiation of complex agreements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts in multiple roles, including information security, sales, and legal.
Assist sales teams with ongoing administration of client contracts.
Advise management on contractual terms and risks.
Provide training on contract issues and negotiation strategies.

JD from an accredited law school; admission to the bar of any state.
2-5+ years of legal experience as member of an agency or in-house legal department or contracts department.
Experience disseminating legal information non-legal professionals in a clear way
Direct experience negotiating critical contract terms, such as Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Warranties, Termination and Data Security.
Experience aligning contract terms to meet revenue recognition requirements and accounting rules for multiple types of services, including software and custom development projects.
Have familiarity with state and federal privacy laws, including the FCRA, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPPA.
