About this role
Role Overview
- Assist the Director on all matters related to Compliance and Internal Control
- Coordinate and perform regular internal controls across different processes
- Update internal control records as needed
- Collect and file supporting documentation
- Ensure employees complete mandatory training requirements
- Monitor and consolidate metrics and prepare reports
- Oversee the implementation of corrective or preventive action plans
- Contribute to translating policies into procedures and contracts
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) — university master or business school in Compliance, Risk Management, or related field
- Interest in quality, compliance, and adherence to procedures
- Rigour and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of risk mapping and internal control (preferred)
- Proficiency with office tools, particularly Microsoft Office
- Strong writing skills and impeccable spelling
- Good interpersonal skills and oral communication
