Review and assess CRM activity data from email, push, and SMS campaigns, identifying trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different strategies and campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear, insightful visualizations of key CRM metrics and campaign performance.
Conduct deep-dive analytics to provide insights that inform CRM strategies, help understand customer behaviours and improve overall customer engagement.
Work closely with CRM, product, data and tech teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals and objectives.
Requirements
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with data visualization tool Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
