About this role

Take end-to-end ownership of architecture and integrations for our Corporate Internet Bank
Drive architecture and execution, mentor engineers
Ensure the platform is modern, scalable, secure, and compliant
Standardize integrations across the bank
Define target integration patterns and lead architectural decision making
Coach engineers and tech leads to elevate design and operational readiness
Build an engineering architecture culture with design reviews and mentoring

Strong experience designing and owning architectures in large integration landscapes (APIs + messaging/event‑driven)
Solid banking/financial domain experience will be preferred
Proven ability to lead cross‑team alignment and make decisions in complex stakeholder environments
Practical experience with Kafka/event streaming
Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Kubernetes/EKS)
Strong understanding of non‑functional requirements
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
