Role Overview
- Act as a discipline civil engineer for selected projects
- Interact with all engineering disciplines, engineering and construction project managers, and clients
- Provide input into the initial project schedule and support the regular maintenance of project schedules for all projects
- Provide man hour and equipment estimates for project proposals as required
- Follow procedures and systems to maximize department efficiency
- Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and Licensed Professional Engineer in State of Texas
- At least 10 years’ experience in utilities and infrastructure / industrial setting
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of substation design, grading and drainage design
- Proficient in RISA 3D, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Civil 3D
- Experienced in leading engineering team and working with Civil Design team
