Collaborating with OU (Operating Unit) Category, OU IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) and local Media lead and Brand Strategy/ Frontline Lead on One Brief and agency brief.
Leading local agency partners to bring to life all content (offline and online) in 2 different contexts 1) local production from scratch 2) deployment of OU-wide platforms 3) collaborating with the OU and co-leading OU wide projects
Leading production process for all content (offline and online) leveraging AI and tech for maximum ROI Amplification of campaigns across OU – briefs and ideas to be brought to life by local EPICs team (experiential, influencer, digital, social)
Working with Insights Team to define the killer insights that are brought to life across content, as well as testing all content for continuous improvement based on consumer insights
Provide input into localization of global Campaigns based on local insights
Ownership of all agency budget across OU
Requirements
Significant experience (7+ years) with LOCAL content, creative development and agency management
Excellence in managing complex projects and budgets/ timelines
Great if also have experience in media, assets and brand strategy.
