Role Overview
- Develop and enforce enterprise-wide governance frameworks for Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform
- Define policies and standards for low-code/no-code development
- Lead implementation of data protection and compliance measures
- Coordinate governance across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants
- Help operate the Power Platform Center of Excellence
- Oversee application lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions
- Design monitoring and compliance reporting systems
- Collaborate with various teams to refine policies and engage with stakeholders
- Train citizen developers on secure and compliant development practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT governance, security, or compliance
- 3+ years focused on low-code/no-code platform governance
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in a large enterprise
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and administration
- Security and compliance knowledge in a financial context
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for data and AI in finance
- Proficiency in Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
