About this role
Role Overview
Manage and moderate brand communities and social profiles (comments, direct messages, and interactions)
Identify real-time engagement opportunities (trends, conversations, and hot topics)
Collaborate with creative and planning teams to adapt and expand content
Monitor brand mentions and support crisis management when necessary
Support creator/influencer activations and interactions on social channels
Ensure consistency in brand tone of voice and brand guidelines
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience as a Community Manager, preferably working with advertising or communications agencies
Ability to act in real time and manage multiple tasks
Analytical skills to convert interactions into actionable insights
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
Have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) and be available to start immediately on a freelance project for up to 6 months
