Assist the appraisers in managing the client and Letter of Engagements and tracking of the appraisal assignment, including report preparation, data gathering, filing and invoicing.
Help to maintain database of sales information, county data, and area data
Assist and support Real Estate Operations
Attend Appraisal Courses as assigned and required by management
Performs additional duties as assigned and required by management
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency
1+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Power Point)
