Lead end-to-end commercial analytics across key domains including Patient Services, HUB/SP data, Market Access & Payer Analytics, and Performance analysis.
Translate complex data from patient support programs, specialty pharmacies, and HUB vendors into actionable insights to improve patient access, adherence, and program effectiveness.
Develop and maintain analytic frameworks to monitor brand performance, patient journey metrics, and access barriers.
Conduct payer and market access analytics including coverage dynamics, reimbursement trends, pull-through analysis, and payer policy impact on patient access.
Support product launches and lifecycle management through ad-hoc analyses on demand trends, access constraints, patient funnel dynamics, and commercial performance.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including market access, patient services, brand marketing, sales, and finance to identify key business questions and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics projects using real-world data sources such as claims, specialty pharmacy data, HUB data, and payer data.
Manage and prioritize multiple analytics projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely insights for leadership.
Guide and mentor external analytics vendors where applicable.
Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior commercial leadership in clear, business-focused narratives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related quantitative field (MBA preferred).
7–10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, market access analytics, or patient services analytics within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Strong experience working with HUB / patient services data, specialty pharmacy data, and patient journey analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in payer and market access analytics, including coverage analysis, reimbursement dynamics, trade and access pull-through measurement.
Experience supporting product launches or new indication launches through commercial analytics and performance tracking.
Proficiency with analytics and data tools such as Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, Python, R, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources such as claims data (IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, etc.), 867 trade sales, specialty pharmacy feeds, and payer datasets.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Experience managing analysts, consulting partners, or offshore analytics teams is a plus.
