Role Overview
- Manage product development across key categories including barware, display and textiles
- Deliver client projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Work with supplier base to develop prototypes efficiently and accurately
- Identify opportunities to drive innovation across the account.
- Support to monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to support ongoing client demand.
- Ensure all orders are processed in line with internal systems, financial controls, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders, savings, and supplier records.
- Work closely with internal teams (account, operations, logistics) to align sourcing with project requirements.
- Support OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance through proactive planning and coordination.
- Support global strategic initiatives across the account, with a focus on standardisation, scalability, and long-term value creation.
- Ensure customer service is a priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLA’s.
- Produce accurate customer quotations, ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals. Diligently follow-up all quotations distributed to generate orders.
- Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers.
- Willingness to visit client offices and confidently present samples
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Product knowledge and the ability to identify feasible product solutions for the client.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Client management skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different regions and levels of seniority.
- Excellent project management skills are key to the role, and a high level of detail is expected.
- Understanding of individual cultural differences and ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Team player with the ability to lead by example.
- Problem solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions.
- Have a basic understanding FMCG route to market process.
- Experience in managing product development with an understanding of production and materials is would be distinct advantage.
