Handle or support complex transactions or files including but not limited to the following: Wire payments, lump sum payments, stop payments, reissues, recalls, garnishments, reversals, exemption requests, overpayment letters, journals
Year to date adjustments and year end activities
Reconciliation and remittance of funds
Support the clearing of outstanding breaks
Provide direction to BenPay Operations team as required on complex matters
Lead or assist with continuous improvement, projects and testing as required
Lead or assist with issue investigation and resolution
Lead or support training, cross training and documentation
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Pensions/ Benefit Payment System and Operations)
Strong collaboration, organizational and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Superior communication skills – written and oral
Client focus and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to interpret written client instructions and perform data entry
Experience working on projects
Investigation and Issue resolution
Process documentation and training
