Requirements
5+ years of experience in a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar hands-on IT infrastructure role.
Hands-on experience with NinjaOne (or equivalent RMM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, or ConnectWise) for endpoint monitoring, patch management, and remote management.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 in a multi-tenant or multi-domain environment, including security configurations, user lifecycle management, and license governance.
Experience managing macOS and Windows fleets, including Apple Business Manager (ABM), MDM profile deployment, and device enrollment workflows.
Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi or similar enterprise networking platforms; ability to configure and troubleshoot VLANs, firewall rules, VPNs, and access points.
Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, Zero Trust, WAF) is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing Antivirus or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions; experience with Bitdefender GravityZone is a plus.
Experience with 1Password (or equivalent enterprise password management) and commitment to promoting secure credential practices organization-wide.
Knowledge of IT onboarding/offboarding workflows; experience with scripting or no-code automation tools to streamline provisioning and deprovisioning.
Working knowledge of security frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST, or ISO 27001; ability to translate framework requirements into practical IT policies.
Understanding of endpoint security concepts: full-disk encryption, patch compliance, AV/EDR, and MDM policy enforcement.
Familiarity with phishing simulation platforms and security awareness programs is a plus.

Experience with Azure networking (VPN Gateway, virtual networks) for hybrid connectivity scenarios.
