About this role
Role Overview
Drive sales of the Infovista Platform in the AMER region, with ownership of the entire quote to cash process.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all major customers and prospects in the region
Definition and execution of Account sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and profitability
Develop qualified pipelines, and provide accurate forecast
Oversee Marketing and Demand Generation activities
Drive VARs and channel partners to maximize coverage, and grow sales
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in selling Enterprise Software to CSPs, FSI, Retail, Utilities & Healthcare groups.
Knowledge of the CX & Contact Center space.
Expert knowledge and practical experience of at least one major B2B sales methodology
preferably the SPICED Framework.
Track record of effective engagement with senior executives.
Ability to travel within the AMER region to meet customers.
Bachelor's in business studies
