Develop comprehensive copy strategies that integrate key brand messages consistently across all touchpoints
Support SEO and performance team with content that is both optimized and genuinely worth reading
Build and manage the editorial calendar across web, social, blog, and CRM
Own the social media presence, creating content that drives real engagement
Script short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that captures attention in the first two seconds
Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh formats and ideas to every brainstorming session
Use AI tools actively and creatively to move faster, test more ideas, and raise the quality bar
Own specific projects end-to-end: identify issues early, take initiative to improve processes, and deliver on time
Work closely with Design, Product, CRM, and Performance Marketing to ensure visual and verbal harmony across all touchpoints

4–6 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy
Proven ability to write across formats: campaigns, UX/UI copy, CRM, social, blogs, with the versatility to adapt language and style to each
A deeper understanding of target audiences, market positioning, and brand objectives
Comfortable in front of and behind a camera: scripting, shooting, and editing short-form video is part of your toolkit
An active and curious user of AI tools who knows how to get the most out of them without losing the human touch
Strong sense of ownership: you take initiative, measure your impact, and care about the results of your team's work
Fluent in both Greek and English, with outstanding written skills in both.
Experience in digital-first industries: insurance, fintech, or e-commerce is considered a plus.
Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), and SEO platforms (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush)
