Lead the architectural design and governance of integrations across EXN’s transformation programme and wider enterprise ecosystem.
Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into robust, scalable integration architectures and patterns.
Provide direction and oversight for integration design, data flows, API strategy, and platform usage across multiple systems.
Serve as the technical authority on integration principles, security models, performance optimisation, and best‑practice standards.
Partner with programme teams, engineering, vendors, product owners and business SMEs to ensure end‑to‑end solution cohesion.
Definition, design and governance of enterprise integrations – in‑line with project milestones and deadlines.
Consulting with the broader business to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and low maintenance.
Working on multiple projects requiring B2B integrations using iPaaS/SaaS platforms, APIs and event‑based patterns.
Producing and reviewing integration specifications, sequence diagrams, data contracts and non‑functional requirements.
Overseeing technical designs for critical VCP integrations including Salesforce, NetSuite, Xactly, data platforms, supply chain systems and legacy applications.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years as an integration architect or senior integration engineer, with hands‑on experience.
Detailed knowledge of SOAP, Web Services and REST API transactions.
Experience of developments using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or equivalent (e.g. MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP Cloud Integration, Azure Integration Services).
Understanding of JavaScript and modern API security (OAuth2, JWT).
Skills in applying integration approaches and strategies, including web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL …) and event‑driven patterns.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring for integrations.
Proficiency in error resolution, error handling & debugging.
Nice to have skills and experience: Oracle NetSuite and/or Xactly experience.
Distribution or Supply Chain industry knowledge.
Solid understanding of accounting terms and processes.
Architecture or platform certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud).
