Participate in pricing strategies.
Implement social media plans based on user personas.
Edit educational, internal, live and promotional videos.
Coordinate the recording, editing, and publishing of interviews.
Create inbound marketing content (blogs, landing pages, emails).
Organize in-person and virtual events.
Monitor digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and external vendors.
Communicate new features and products clearly and attractively.
Create and update graphic materials for brand promotion.
Support business units with internal campaigns and events.
Support the commercial team in campaign decisions, KPI analysis, and action plans.
Present results and impacts of your initiatives.
Act proactively as an agent of continuous improvement within the organization.
Participate in weekly Marketing meetings and daily team meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or Design.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing.
Experience in ERP or SaaS companies.
Experience organizing events.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and inbound marketing.
Intermediate Spanish for customer support and communication.
Experience or interest in the agribusiness/agriculture sector.
Remote-first mindset (strong self-management and asynchronous communication skills).
Preferred: international experience in Paraguay and/or elsewhere in Latin America.

40-hour workweek (8 hours per day).
