Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise business transformation initiatives, from operating model design through to execution and embedding change
Define programme frameworks, governance structures, and decision-making models that enable enterprise-wide transformation
Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, technology and business functions to align strategic priorities and drive organisational change
Drive improvements to enterprise processes, operating models, and ways of working, not just tools and systems
Develop and implement frameworks that enhance financial and project management capability across the organisation
Drive portfolio and programme-level process enhancements, tools and enabling technologies
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and decision pathways
Ensure compliance with ePMO standards, controls and documentation practices
Collaborate across US and UK teams, building strong cross-border relationships
Contribute to strengthening and maturing Enterprise PMO capability

8 to 12+ years’ experience leading complex, enterprise-scale strategic initiatives within global, matrixed organisations
Proven experience leading enterprise business transformation initiatives, including operating model change, governance design, and cross-functional process improvement
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional programme teams and senior stakeholders without formal line authority
Demonstrated ownership of programme structure, governance and delivery outcomes
Experience leading business transformation initiatives, with exposure to enabling technology change
Strong portfolio governance and financial oversight experience, including project controls and KPI management
Experience delivering across waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies
PMP, PMI-ACP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
Familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Workday, NetSuite) as enablers of broader transformation programmes
