Role Overview

• Own the outcomes of the Scalable Architecture Team

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments
• 3+ years in engineering management leading Principal-level or Staff-level ICs
• Hands-on background in Microsoft technology stack — C#, .NET, and Azure cloud services
• Demonstrated AI/ML background
• Proven ability to lead agentic AI tooling adoption programs
• Strong delivery ownership mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
