Role Overview
Drive new business development within the Oregon market
Cultivate client relationships and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to examine market trends
Represent Guardian by acting as a market leader and maintaining strong community relationships
Achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of date of hire
Requirements
A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 4 years group insurance sales experience or a combination of Guardian work experience, education and/or related extracurricular activities
Experience and knowledge of relevant industry products and processes including, but not limited to Worksite, LTD, Dental products, complex absence products, online enrollment, experience rating, dental network analysis processes
Up to 60% travel within the territory
