Administration & continuous development of HubSpot: setup, maintenance and optimization of workflows, pipelines, dashboards and reports.
Automation & Integration: design, implementation and maintenance of automations using Make.com and n8n to connect marketing, sales and service processes.
Process analysis & optimization: analyze existing CRM and data processes and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
Interface management: develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce, support systems).
Quality assurance & data management: ensure data quality, segmentation and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Support & training: support internal teams in using the CRM system and deliver training.

Experience in tool management, digitization, IT-related process optimization or automation
Solid knowledge of common cloud/SaaS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Make, Dropbox, SharePoint, Easybill)
Strong understanding of processes and data flows – you identify patterns, gaps & opportunities
Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
You are a real 'bridge-builder' between technology, people & processes
Very good German skills; ideally good English skills as well
