UGC Project Manager

Role Overview

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: source and negotiate with creators, write optimized briefs and scripts, coordinate shoots, and oversee editing
• Define and monitor schedules, budgets, and the smooth execution of shoots
• Coordinate internal teams: editors, project managers, and sales to ensure on-time deliveries
• Anticipate risks and proactively propose solutions to resolve issues quickly
• Provide regular, transparent reporting to management and clients
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies within Moggo

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management (UGC, influencer marketing, or the creative sector)
• Strong social media literacy: you follow trends, consume content, and understand what performs
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with outstanding written communication (flawless expression required)
• Autonomy and rigor are essential in a 100% remote environment
• Strong sense of responsibility: you meet deadlines and can manage multiple projects concurrently
