Assist in building client relationships and executing transactions
Take part in structuring and executing a variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects
Work closely with senior bankers to expand investment banking skillset while making a real impact on clients’ businesses

Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of prior investment banking or private equity experience
Insurance or related industry experience preferred, but not required
Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions
Excellent financial modeling skills and experience preparing industry and client presentations
Experience with due diligence and transaction execution processes
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a deal team in a fast-paced environment
Extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
Strong work ethic, motivation level, leadership qualities and desire to take initiative
Ability to interact with a wide range of constituents and serve as a point of contact on deal teams
