Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of communication platforms such as portal, breakroom boards, video conferencing tools, Zebra platform, etc.
Develop, write, and edit communication materials to keep associates informed about company news, updates, events, policies, procedures, and overall business execution.
Identify opportunities to enhance internal communications through advanced communication technologies.
Lead projects to improve communication workflow, cadence, and processes to support stores and field in driving the business.
Conduct surveys and gather insights to inform communication strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and field, store feedback to improve communication strategies.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
Requirements
3 years of managing digital communication platforms and tools
Knowledge of retail and communication industry trends
Strong technical skills and proficiency with communication technology such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Vimeo, Adobe InDesign
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
