Support and help manage strategic client accounts while partnering closely with Strategic Account Managers and/or Strategic Account Directors
Contribute to strategic planning, manage day-to-day client communications, and help ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals
Develop annual strategic and tactical plans, oversee project execution, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client success
Support account financial management by assisting with scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring team efficiency
Increase ownership of client relationships and play an integral role in driving account growth and client advocacy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical communications, agency account management, strategic account support, or a related client-facing role, OR an advanced doctoral-level degree (e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent)
Experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to strategic discussions
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including PowerPoint proficiency
Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
