About this role
Role Overview
Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business priorities and campaigns.
Create creative content ideas to support brand awareness, reputation, and lead generation.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Marketing team on strategic narratives and campaigns.
Write and edit diverse high-quality content reflecting brand voice.
Interview stakeholders to craft engaging stories.
Work with video and multimedia teams to produce varied content formats.
Utilise tools like generative AI to enhance productivity and innovation.
Manage the Digital Executive, providing guidance, feedback, and supporting professional growth.
Ensure quality and consistency across social media outputs.
Maintain and update websites and campaign pages.
Analyse content performance using GA4 and LinkedIn, optimising accordingly.
Refresh and repurpose content to maintain relevance and SEO standards.
Contribute to internal communications, including newsletters, to reflect company culture and values.
Requirements
Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences.
Experience managing content calendars and producing content in a marketing or agency environment.
Strong strategic thinking: able to connect content to commercial objectives, audience needs and brand positioning.
Strong ideas-generation and planning abilities; confident taking a brief, finding an angle and shaping a narrative.
Experience managing, mentoring or line-managing a junior team member.
A pragmatic and productive mindset, with a willingness to embrace AI and digital tools to increase content velocity and variety.
Strong attention to detail, consistency and brand alignment.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships across departments.
