Conduct risk-based internal audits across business units, including trading operations, finance, compliance, and IT systems.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyse large datasets for anomalies, trends, or potential red flags.
Perform a root cause analysis to identify the initial reason of control or process failure.
Prepare clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely remediation by management.
Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan.
Conduct investigations and ad-hoc reviews as required.
Collaborate with compliance, risk, and other departments to strengthen internal control frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management within financial services (Forex/CFD experience is a strong advantage).
Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) completed or in progress.
Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with audit tools is a plus.
