Serve as primary initial contact for written and verbal communications with internal and external candidates on behalf of the Recruiting Team and hiring managers
Efficiently coordinate and schedule the candidate interviews with the hiring managers by utilizing Outlook calendars, contacting the candidates and the hiring managers, and booking rooms as needed
Plan and manage candidate office visits, including troubleshooting, and on-site logistical issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, finding interview rooms)
Conduct research to map markets to determine the best sources of qualified candidates for each assigned market
Represent CBIZ brand through communications with applicants and candidates
May conduct initial candidate phone screens
Provide support on recruiting technology; enable and support applications
Coordinate candidate tracking across all business units
May conduct recruiting market research; produce reports
Coordinate inputs from multiple sources to achieve recruiting goals
Manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders
Administer special projects as requested; communicate status
Gain proficiency in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create and manage requisitions
Coordinate recruiting metrics; gather and interpret data; prepare reports; present data to team and internal HR stakeholders
Organize and support execution of campus events, internship program and additional various recruiting events
Support building and executing a careers-focused social media strategy through competitive research to generate, edit, and publish weekly content
Coordinate with CBIZ professionals to administer internal documents via DocuSign

Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
