Oversee daily operations of the Community Center to ensure facilities are functional, organized, and operating in accordance with established standards and policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite operational issues, coordinating resolution and escalation as needed.
Provide general operational support to employees, clients, and approved visitors using the Community Center.
Maintain accurate records of access requests and changes in accordance with security and governance requirements.
Support incident response by documenting and escalating access-related or onsite security concerns.
Coordinate workspace, room, and facility availability through the coworking booking platform.
Monitor usage to ensure fair access, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support optimal utilization of Community Center resources.
Provide guidance and assistance to users on booking procedures and platform usage.
Process inbound and outbound client shipment requests, ensuring proper documentation, handling, and coordination with carriers.
Track shipment status and maintain accurate records of deliveries and dispatches.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely receipt and distribution of shipped items.
Requirements
College degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in facilities operations, office operations, community management, or a related role.
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Ability to work in Philippine time operating hours.
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and software.
Experience working with access control systems, booking platforms, or facilities management tools is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
