Act as the operational hub of the department, triaging and prioritizing the daily influx of DTC and B2B requests under the direction of the Creative Director.
Collaborate with the UA (User Acquisition) team to translate performance data into actionable ad concepts.
Manage the production cycle of all static (non-animated) and down-funnel assets.
Provide daily feedback to designers and copywriters.
Manage and mentor a talented team of graphic designers and copywriters.
Requirements
5+ years of creative experience, including at least 3 years leading teams in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment (in-house or agency).
Proven track record of driving creative excellence across multiple channels (performance, social media, influencers, brand, and CTV) in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of creative testing, iteration, and performance data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and develop scalable creative processes.
Degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, advertising, or a related creative discipline.
