Role Overview
- Provide technical support and demonstrations for Mecademic's robotic solutions in the ASEAN region
- Work closely with engineers, developers, and integrators
- Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to product functionality and integration
- Create and document proof-of-concept (PoC) projects
- Provide expert guidance and direction on robotics technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Robotics Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within robotics or automation
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in Malay, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a significant advantage for customer communication
