About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the Group's pillar for digital trust
Lead GDPR and AI Act compliance programs
Define, coordinate and monitor the action plan to ensure GDPR and AI Act compliance across the Group and its subsidiaries
Coordinate and monitor remediation plans with business teams following audits or risk assessments, and ensure closure of audit findings in close collaboration with operational stakeholders
Oversee the completion and maintenance of personal data processing records and the Group's AI activity registers in cooperation with business teams, international Privacy Officers and AI Experts
Provide annual reporting on the evolution of the registers to senior management
Support business units (notably Tech, Marketing, Data, HR) in launching projects or during project evolution
Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and AI impact assessments
Provide advanced expertise on personal data and AI compliance within complex technological environments (AdTech, Cloud, generative AI)
Design, update and disseminate policies, procedures, notices, guides and other internal documents related to personal data protection, ethics and AI
Organize and participate in committees with international Privacy leads and departmental Privacy and AI contacts
Write newsletters covering internal and external developments in data protection and AI compliance for business teams and coordinate their distribution with the Communications team
Act as the senior point of contact for strategic leadership
Provide mentorship to the department's work‑study trainee to ensure transfer of methodological excellence
Requirements
Education: Master's degree (Master 2 equivalent) specialized in Digital Law, IT/New Technology Law or Intellectual Property
Certifications: Holding an IAPP certification (notably CIPP/E, CIPM or AIGP) is a strong asset
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in data protection (law firm, company or authority). Knowledge of online marketing, logistics and ad stacks is a significant plus
AI Interest: Practical experience or strong curiosity about the regulatory framework for Artificial Intelligence (AI Act, algorithmic ethics) is essential to support the role's evolution
Leadership & Autonomy: Ability to make decisions, prioritize and drive cross-functional topics independently
Business Mindset: You understand that compliance should be a project enabler, not an obstacle
Communication & Rigor: Excellent writing skills and the ability to persuade a variety of stakeholders (from developers to executives)
Curiosity: Passion for technological innovation and new digital uses
Fluent English required (international context)
Proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
