Manage all aspects of a backlog of projects and the project managers assigned
Managing customer escalations to a successful resolution
Accurately managing to revenue targets for team
Create development plans for individual team members for continuous improvement
Hires and onboards new team members
Identifying areas of opportunities for improvement to improve customer satisfaction
Communicates with customers as a leadership contact regarding project process
Evaluate and report project outcomes, customer satisfaction and customer concerns.
Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects for scope of work.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
5+ years of experience in project management
PMP Certification (Must be active)
3+ years of experience managing teams to include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Project Management experience in the healthcare IT space
25-50% travel may be required depending on customer requirements.
Strong MS Office Suite knowledge
