Own a portfolio of partners, coordinate compelling sponsorships and programs, and collaborate across teams to deliver standout experiences that drive long-term value.
Lead partner onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring partners understand available benefits, timelines, audience, and how success will be measured across programs.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of partner-facing offerings such as webinars, educational programming, digital content, events, and other activation opportunities.
Coordinate across internal teams—including Marketing, Events, Academy, IT, and Production—to ensure deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and within scope.
Monitor partner deliverables, engagement activity, and timelines to support internal reporting, renewal discussions, and continuous improvement.
Support the development of proposals, contracts, presentations, and renewal materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, account management, client services, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience managing partner or sponsor portfolios and delivering multi-channel programs or activations.
Proven ability to manage complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging mid
to senior-level partner contacts.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a high degree of reliability and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Working proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com), to track partner activity, manage deliverables, and support reporting and insights.
Working proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Zoom to manage partner activity, deliverables, relationships.
