Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Actively develop in-store sales by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
• Negotiate for additional shelf space, feature displays, and promotional activations with retailers
• Influence in-store decisions to optimize product visibility and performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail decision-makers
• Implement commercial strategies and sales initiatives
• Analyze in-store performance and recommend concrete actions to increase sales
• Meet and exceed established sales targets
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maximize business opportunities
• Support field execution (merchandising, equipment/setup) with a focus on sales impact
• Produce performance reports and activity tracking
• Visit 4 to 10 retail locations per day

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (required)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, business development, or representation (grocery experience is an asset)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Autonomy, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent (an asset)
• Excellent command of French (required)
