About this role
Role Overview
Support the Customer Care department to ensure customers are experiencing complete value in our software
Provide excellent customer service through live chat and email via a ticketing system
Handle incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries
Interact with customers to gather information on issues to solve their problems
Help solve problems for customers and provide feedback to product teams
Assist customers with account status inquiries and answer presales and post sales questions
Capture critical product and customer data to improve customer experience
Learn and understand key concepts of TechSmith software
Meet and exceed assigned individual or team goals
Requirements
Must be resourceful, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work on a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Interest in technology, specifically software applications
Good organization skills and capability to multi-task
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
You must be enrolled for at least 6 credits (undergrad) or 3 credits (grad) for fall and/or spring semesters for internship consideration
Must be pursuing a degree in communications, social sciences, hospitality, International Relations, or other related field
