About this role
Role Overview
Active customer acquisition via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Independently manage and optimize outbound campaigns
Carefully evaluate and categorize incoming leads according to established sales methodology
Assist in preparing proposals and other sales-related documents
Set and exceed clearly defined targets for lead generation and customer engagement
Develop messaging and strategies in close alignment with the marketing team
Actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and share best practices
Requirements

Strong relationship-building skills
High self-motivation and determination
Hands-on attitude and ability to work in a team
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Technical affinity and quick to learn new tools
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
Currently studying business-related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or similar)
Ideally you have some initial professional experience
Familiar with MS Office/Confluence/Trello and interested in process automation
Good German language skills and ability to communicate professionally
Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot, marketing, or in the areas of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and B2B
Nice to have: Initial experience in direct customer contact (B2B)
Nice to have: Some experience in Customer Success
