Bilingual Legal Auditor – International

Role Overview

• Review and audit files, records, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Assist with reporting and tracking audit findings
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous auditing, data entry, or quality control experience preferred
• Legal Assistant or legal industry experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
