As a Regional Account Manager at TP-Link, you will help expand our B2B business by working closely with partners—especially in the areas of cloud networking technology (Omada) and surveillance (Vigi) within your region.
You will acquire new partners and support them in selling TP-Link's B2B products.
Collaborate with partners on business plans, marketing activities, and lead generation.
Share partner and customer insights to help improve our products and strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, channel sales, or partner development in the IT, networking, or security domain.
Solid knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, SDN) and cloud-based platforms.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel (~60%) within Germany; a valid driver's license is required.
Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
